I learned about Mr. Helland during by a house-by-house notification in my area. How lucky we are to have concerned a compassionate neighbors. I scanned the handout and posted it on my Facebook page. I hope many others will, as ell. Maybe this will give pause to those thinking about voting YES to the Millcreek Incorporation. Exactly how valuable is our current connection to Unified Police? What will be available if incorporated?
