1 Nori sheet
1 cup cooked sushi rice seasoned
1 Soft shell crab panko fried
1 Spear cucumber
¼ ripe avocado
1 Fresh ripe mango stick
¼ cup Spicy tuna mix
4 thinly sliced salmon
Spicy chipotle aioli
Unagi Sauce
Furikake Seasoning or Black Sesame seed
Kizame Nori for garnish
Saya leaf for garnish
Wasabi and white pickled Ginger
Soy Sauce
