Rebecca Fenton is the artist and designer behind Haunted Head Fashion. She has been designing since she was 11 and creates anything from wedding dresses to ready to wear clothing. She started her business over 12 years ago and has designed for bands, broadway stars, european boutiques and international models.
She will be one of the featured artists at RAW's upcoming event "Discovery".
