SANDY, Utah (ABC 4 News) - Sandy police, as well as SWAT personnel, were called to the area of 291 East 8680 South where neighbors say a man fired his gun at their house from his backyard.
Neighbors called police around 4:30 p.m. after their house was shot at by a man yelling in his backyard, according to authorities.
Sandy Police say the man barricaded himself in his home after the initial incident.
Around 8:30 p.m., officers took the 38-year-old man into custody.
