Well, if the residents of "the Avenues" had these problems in the past and would like to go to bed at night not worrying about vandals defascing their property, maybe they should hire a private security guard at $10 an hour to patrol the area. The average street has around 20 houses, which would mean a miesely $5 per house per 10 hour shift! I think that should be worth having someone sit at the beginning of the street (or streets, to further reduce the rate) and watch for groups of teenagers bored out of their minds! With a BUNCH of security guards being unemployed, finding people to do the job and keeping a neighborhood safe, shouldn't be a problem, right? Just a thought!
