Utah average gas prices 2nd lowest in nation

SALT LAKE CITY (AP) - Utah's gas prices are the second lowest in the country, even though they're up 14 cents from last month.

AAA says Tuesday that the average gas price in Utah is $3.71 per gallon, which is below the national average of $3.92 per gallon.

Moab has the most expensive gas in the state at $3.89 per gallon, after prices jumped 25 cents in the past month.

Ogden posts the cheapest prices with an average of $3.66 per gallon.

Wailuku, Hawaii has the priciest gas in the country. Gas there costs an average of $4.61 per gallon.
