Thousands become more colorful at Spanish Fork festival

SPANISH FORK, UTAH (ABC 4 News) -An estimated fifty-thousand people are expected in Spanish Fork this weekend to throw colored chalk at each other.

also, the music for the Festival was provided by a great band, Larisa Stow and Shakti Tribe. they performed last year and were invited back http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NrK_KDBJg78

This is an awesome event celebrating love, life, peace, and the playfulness of within. However, it is NOT chalk that is thrown and I don't know why so many people think that. It is a colored mixture of flour and maize.
