SALT LAKE CITY (ABC 4 News) - Several agencies including The Jordan Valley and Central Utah Water Conservatory Districts, Salt Lake Public Utilities, Sandy City, and the city of Murray have once again teamed up to offer free sprinkler system water checks for residents of several counties in Utah.

The Slow the Flow Water Check Program is now in its 10th year. If you have a sprinkler system and live in Utah, Uintah, Wasatch, Salt Lake, Duchesne, Garfield, Juab, or Piute counties, this is your chance to save on water, and on money this upcoming season. All you have to do is call 1-877-728-3420 or visit www.SlowTheFlow.org.

Utah uses more water per person that almost any other state (2nd in the nation) and yet we are the 2nd driest state, meaning we are "water-hogs". This is a perfect way to start slowing YOUR flow and making a difference!
