MURRAY, Utah (ABC 4 News) - A new website is helping those who need organs have a better chance of finding a donor.
YESUTAH.ORG makes it easy to register as a donor, and gives quick access to information regarding donation and transplantation. It also shows ways the public can get involved through volunteering and events.
Over 100,000 people in Utah are on the transplant waiting list. Intermountain Donor Services hopes the new website will help those waiting for a transplant have a greater opportunity at getting another chance on life.
The website was launched Wednesday at the Intermountain Medical Center.
