H1N1 flu mist is approved for healthy individuals who:
- are from 2-24 years of age
-are from 25-49 years of age and live with or care for infants younger than six month of age or are health care of emergency medical personnel.
The Bear River Health Department in partnership with the Cache, Logan, Box Elder and Rich County School Districts have begin H1N1 school vaccination clinics. Each school will be assigned a date and time for their respective clinic. Information including the consent form has been sent to every student’s home in the Cache, Logan,and Box Elder school district. Visit the website for more information:http://www.brhd.org/. Central Utah Public Health Department (Juab, Millard, Piute, Sanpete, Sevier, Wayne counties): Please call on the morning of the scheduled clinic to verify if the clinic will beheld.
Sevier County- December 3rd from 3-6 p.m. at South Sevier High School (430 West 100 South, Monroe)
*Vaccine will not be given out the day prior to these clinics to prepare for the clinic. All other days of the week any left over vaccine from the prior clinic will be given out at a walk-in clinic at the Richfield office. These walk-in clinics will be during the hours of 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.*
Piute County- Available at the Junction Office during office hours: Tuesday-Thursday 9:00 a.m. -5:00 p.m. Please call ahead.

Davis County Health Department: Tickets will be distributed on Monday, November 30th at two locations: Bountiful Regional Center 835 North 400 East, North Salt Lake, 10 a.m.- 5 p.m. and at Legacy Events Center 151 South 1100 West, Farmington, 10 a.m. - 8 p.m.
Each person must have a ticket to get a vaccination.
Any remaining tickets will be distributed throughout the 3 days at theclinic location starting at 10 a.m.

Dress appropriately for the weather (such as coats, umbrellas, sunblock,etc.) because a majority of your wait will be outside. Also, wear a short-sleeved shirt (under your coat, if applicable) to speed your vaccination process.

SLVHD has paired with three pharmacy chains to distribute H1N1 vaccines.Participating pharmacies will be offering H1N1 shots on a limited basis. People are encouraged to call their local pharmacy in advanced for appointments. To find participating locations, visit http://www.slvhealth.org/.
Walgreens will start offering H1N1 vaccines at 18 Salt Lake City area pharmacies beginning Thursday. Vaccinations will be offered to the priority groups outlined by the CDC on a first come, first served basis while supplies last. Walgreens pharmacists in Utah are able to provide immunizations to those age 13 and older. To find the nearest Walgreens offering H1N1 vaccine, consumers should call 1-800-Walgreens or visit http://www.walgreens.com/flu.
Southwest Utah Public Health Department: H1N1 vaccine will be available at the following locations WHILE SUPPLIES LAST to the listed priority groups:
• Everyone 6 months - 24 years of age
• Parents/caregivers of infants under 6 months of age
• Pregnant women
Washington County- Mass-vaccination walk-in clinic will be held on Tuesday, December 1st from 2-7 p.m. at County Fair Grounds, Hurricane. The clinic is open to priority groups as listed above EXCLUDING children under 10 years-old for this event only.
Iron County - Walk-in clinic held on Tuesday, December 1 from 9:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m.

Tooele County Health Department: H1N1 vaccine available at the health department for Tooele County Residents WHILE SUPPLIES LAST.
Currently scheduling appointments for a clinic on Saturday, December 5th from 9:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. To schedule an appointment, call 435-277-2300.
There is no charge for H1N1 vaccinations, however, the health department is asking to bring your insurance card if you have one.
Tri-County Health Department: (Daggett, Duchesne, Uintah counties): Vaccine available through appointment only.

Utah County Health Department: Tickets will be distributed on Monday, November 30th at the Utah County Health Department starting at 8:00 a.m. (151 South University Avenue, Provo) as well as be available online at www.UtahCountyHealth.org
Starting at 9 a.m. on November 30th, individuals will be able to log on the health department's website to schedule an appointment to get the vaccine.
Clinics will be held on Tuesday, December 1st; Thursday, December 3rd; and Saturday, December 5th.
Wasatch County Heath District: H1N1 Vaccine clinic will be held November 30th from 1:00-6:00 pm or until vaccine runs out.
Weber-Morgan Health Department: Weekly mass clinics opened to those within the risk group at Weber County Fairground, beginning on Tuesday, December 1st and Wednesday, December 2nd at the Exhibit Hall 1000 North 1200 West.
Tickets for these clinics will be distributed on Monday, November 30th from 4-6 p.m. at the Exhibit Hall. Patrons will be able to select a times lot to return the following Tuesday or Wednesday to receive the vaccine.
One ticket will be needed for each person who wants to be vaccinated. Adults may pick up a limit of eight tickets.
