CLEARFIELD, Utah (ABC 4 News) - The Hill Air Show takes place this weekend, but if you’re going to the show you need to stay clear of one road.

UDOT says don't use State Road 232, Hill Field Road on Saturday or Sunday. The reason: they say it will be heavily congested because of the air show.

To help relieve some of that UTA is offering shuttles from the Clearfield Frontrunner station to the base. The service costs two dollars.

Here are the alternate routes suggested from UDOT:

UDOT advises motorists arriving in the Layton-Clearfield area from the south to use exit 334 from I-15, or Exit 343 on US-89 to access State Road 193, which runs east and west directly south of Hill Air Force Base in Layton. Motorists using SR 193 will enter the base at the main South Gate. Motorists arriving from the North may use exit 338 from I-15, at 5600 South in Roy, entering Hill AFB from the HAFB Museum Gate (a.k.a. Roy Gate).

Additional travel information can be obtained by viewing UDOT's Commuterlink website at http://www.commuterlink.utah.gov/.
