POSITION TITLE:
CHIEF ENGINEER - Salt Lake City, UT
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Responsibilities include maintaining the day to day technical aspects of the television station while managing the station's engineering department, conduct general broadcast maintenance, troubleshoot and repair of satellite equipment, transmitters, and receivers, computer repair and maintenance, and electronic repair and maintenance. Qualified applicant must be proficient in computers and networking technologies, be proficient in audio/video systems, microwave, satellite, and television transmission systems and be able to lift 20 pounds above the head. Applicants must work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to work a variable schedule as needed. Valid driver's license and good driving record required.
