Sweet Heart Lobster Roll
Lobster tail cut in half and tempura
1 Cup Sushi rice
Colored Soy Paper
Red Tobiko
1 shiso leaf
Use a full sheet pink soy paper, add sushi rice to the middle of soy paper
Spread out the reed tobiko on the rice
Cut the shiso leaf in half and place on the rice
Add the tempura lobster on top and roll up into a teardrop shape
Cut the roll into ten pieces, and then place them back to back to make the shape of a sweet heart
