So this weekend is the Rocky Mountain Gun Show here. The ammo and assault rifles will be flying off the shelves in staggering record numbers. No background checks necessary. I saw a local Channel 4 (abc4.com) news story about it last night and it was all hype for the show. Nothing critical was said about it. NOTHING, except perhaps by interviewing gun nuts affiliated with the show to stoke the fires of paranoia that Obama is going to outlaw gun and ammo sales -- so you better get yours now. The sellers at these gun shows are all conspirators to commit murder and accomplices to murder. And so are those folks at abc4 Utah who uncritically promote this local gun show.
