Angel says mothers need to be mindful of the moment. They must understand they can't get everything done all of the time. Slow down, breath deeply, and remain calm throughout the day. Do plenty of meditation to calm yourself.
Zen Drawing is another tip. Zen Drawing is when you look at something and don't look at the paper as you draw it.
Hot bath and a good book will also help to relieve some major stress. Spending time with girlfriends can help mothers to reduce stress.
