Nick and Mindy Galanis' twins were born premature... weighting a tiny four pounds each.
Their first weeks of lives were dependent on ventilators, medicine and around-the-clock nurses.
That was over a year ago. They are now healthy, active sixteen-month-old babies.
Recently the Galanis family returned to Intermountain's NICU to thank the nurses for everything they did, and to show off the babies they helped make possible.
