Martin Skupinski, Owner of BallroomUtah Dance Studio comes in to introduce us to their studio and how you can come in and experience what you are seeing when you watch every Monday and Tuesday night on Dancing With The Stars.
Martin said BallroomUtah Dance Studio is the best way to jump into ballroom dancing.
Martin believes this is a great way to experience ballroom dancing for beginners or fans of Dancing With the Stars.
Martin and one of his dancer students demonstrated the waltz for the girls.
He said learning the different dances all build on each other. Martin said, "We try to show them the waltz, which is the basic first dance. If you know waltz, you actually know rumba, because waltz box is the same box as rumba. It adds hip and rhythm. If you know quick quick slow, quick quick slow, and now we will do side breaks. If you do this and then cha-cha-cha, nower now you are doing cha-cha. When you know one dance, you know them all. They are all relied in some way. There is different technique."
