Flank Steak with Garlic Potatoes

Yields 2 plates
Grilled Flank Steak with garlic potatoes
1 flank steak, choice or better grade
1 Tbsp meat seasoning of choice
2 cups baby red or white potatoes, boiled
1 lb steamed asparagus with butter and lemon
Grill the whole flank until cooked to medium rare, remove from the heat and let the steak rest for a few minute. Slice against the grain and serve
Garlic potato seasoning
1 Tbsp fresh minced garlic
2 tsp kosher salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 Tbs olive oil
½ cup chopped parsley
Place all ingredients into a mixing bowl and mix together
As soon as the potatoes are cooked, drain and add into the mixing bowl and toss
