Thanksgiving Style

Well the time has come again where you get to pack up and go to grandmas house. You are going to see your loved ones and many more. You want to show your best side on this special day and look amazing but at the same time be comfy right? We want our looks to be comfortable enough to take part in a impromptu game of touch football and curl up for an afternoon post pumpkin pie nap. Also we want to be able to eat that pie without feeling like we can’t breath in tight pants. So I have some tips on what to rock and stay cute and comfy this thanksgiving dinner.

Keep your look simple and family casual, while subtly highlighting a signature fall trend. Go for some cute comfy jeans or jeggings and a patterned sweater mix. That way your sweater is the one to be seen at the table and pick a color that highlights your face.
Go for a long maxi skirt or dress. I love this because it’s a bit more dressed up but at the same time you can lay down and still be covered you can fold your legs and play a game of cards on the floor and still be covered but it still will impress with style.
Pick a statement jewelry piece. I love this because you can dress up a t shirt and jeans with a statement piece that I am sure the whole table will be talking about.

Leggings are your bff. I love a long sweater look with leggings. That waist band will be able to stretch and you will be able to feel comfy no matter what. I always wear a legging on thanksgiving and they have never failed me yet.
Last but most important both fashionable and family and Facebook approved. You know your family and grandma will be there telling you about what you should and should not be doing and you don’t want her to start talking about how short your skirt is at the thanksgiving dinner table. Dress like a lady.
