WOW---I needed this!! So hard sometimes to let them figure life out... Val advice is always conveyed in such a do-able manner. I love that she makes it so positive and makes you feel like you can do it and be better for it! She is a great addition to the show.

Thank - you so much I needed to hear this. My youngest of three has been married for five years now and I'm still going thriugh the empty nester feeling some as I realized after reading this artical. My two oldest are also married and tell me all the time I need to just let go of their little sister and let the chips fall where they may for her. I found it was the hardest to still do somedays but I, m getting better at it all the time. I do enjoy it being just my husband and I at home, and very much enjoy the freedom we have found and the fun we have together. But I did realize today I still need some work at perfecting this stage of my life after 30 yrs of being a mom and housewife. Thank You Again , DeAnna Holt
