Arella Raspberry Cookie Skillet

DOUGH INGREDIENTS

  • 1 1/3 Cup + 1 Tablespoon All purpose flour   
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1/2 Cup Butter Softened
  • 3/4 Cup White sugar
  • 1 Egg
  •  1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

DOUGH PROCEDURE:


1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F
2. In large bowl, add butter and sugar and mix until smooth consistency
3. Add eggs and vanilla, beat into mixture
4. Stir dry ingredients together in small bowl
5. Gradually add dry ingredients into mixture and mix thoroughly
6. Smash cookie dough into patty 1/3 inch thick

FRESH RASPBERRY FILLING

INGREDIENTS

  • 20 Count Raspberries (1 - 6 oz container)
  • 1/2 Tablespoon Brown sugar (1 ½ Tablespoons)
  • 1/2 C Sugar cookie dough
  • 2 scoops Ice cream                 

PROCEDURE:


1.  Place raspberries in skillet and lightly crush
2.  Sprinkle brown sugar on raspberries
3.  Place cookie dough covering raspberries
4.  Cook for approximately 10 minutes in oven until golden brown
5.  Cool slightly and top with ice cream and serve
6.  Makes 3 Cookies and serves 6-8 people


EQUIPMENT USED
Mixer, Large & Small Mixing bowl, 6" Small Skillet or Pan, Heat pad, Ice cream scoop
