VERSATILE TRUFFLES

½ c whipping cream

2 c. finely chopped chocolate

2 Tbsp butter, softened

1 Tbsp corn syrup

2 Tbsp desired flavoring

½ c coating

Optional: chopped nuts, coconut,

crushed hard candy, cocoa

or powdered sugar

Pour hot cream over chocolate. Stir until smooth and melted. Stir in chocolate and corn syrup then flavoring.

Refrigerate overnight or until well chilled. Form into desired size balls and roll in coating.

Use your imagination!
