Southern Corn Pudding
1 cup sour cream
1 large can cream corn
2 eggs, beaten
1 box "Jiffy" cornbread mix
1 large can whole corn, drained
4 Tbsp. chopped onion
1 stick margarine or butter
8 slices bacon, crumbled
Cook bacon, drain, and crumble and set aside. Mix everything, including bacon crumbles, except margarine. Pour into casserole dish. Cut up margarine or butter on top of mixture. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes or until toasty brown.
