Stuffed Sourdough Loaf
1 loaf sourdough bread, sliced
½ cup Butter
6 Cloves Chopped Garlic
¾ lb Monterey Jack Cheese, grated
8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
1 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
20 oz. artichoke hearts, drained
½ cup cheddar cheese, grated
Cut the sourdough loaf in half and scoop out the bread. In a medium fry pan melt the butter and mix in the scooped out bread and the garlic. Cook and stir for 10minutes. You want the bread browned.
In a large bowl mix Monterey Jack cheese, Parmesan cheese, cream cheese, and artichoke hearts.
Add the Browned butter, bread mixture. Mix together well.
Spoon the mixture in the hollowed bread and top with Cheddar cheese.
Broil 5 minutes or until the bread is lightly browned and cheeses are melted.
Slice and serve
