RECIPE:
Sausage Gravy
For the Sour Cream Biscuits
2 Lbs. sausage
2 Tbsp Salt
½ Tbsp. black pepper
3 qts. milk
Roux
Brown off the sausage in a sauce pot then add the milk and bring to a boil, add the salt & pepper and think with the roux.
