Krista Numbers from Simplify Supper gives us a delicious recipe for Red and White Mostacciolli.
Red & White Mostacciolli
You can use any kind of tubular pasta you have on hand. This is so easy and sooo good! This recipe serves about 12. You can easily cut the recipe as needed for your family. This is delicious with a meat sauce as well.
1 Lb. Mostaccioli
1 (26 oz.) jar Alfredo sauce
1 (26 oz.) jar Spaghetti sauce
3 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded & divided
2 cups spinach
2 cups mushrooms
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook and drain pasta. In a 9x13 baking dish spread a thin layer of spaghetti sauce. Layer half the pasta, half the alfredo sauce and half the cheese. Repeat layers again with remaining ingredients. Cover with foil and bake 30 minutes until hot and bubbly. Enjoy!
