RECIPE:
Raspberry Crème Brûlée
Ingredients:
¾ cup Shirley J Whisk Bliss Dessert Crème
2½ cups Whipping Cream
½ cup Frozen Raspberries, thawed

Directions:
Mix ingredients for Brulee with electric mixer on medium speed for 2-3 minutes, and portion into six glass ramekins (generally ½ cup per portion). Top each portion evenly with approximately one teaspoon raw sugar. Melt sugar with Brulee torch, being careful not to burn. Serve immediately
