Pulled Pork Sandwich with Sweet Carolina BBQ Sauce

Ingredients:
2½ lbs Pork Butt Roast With Bone
1½ tsp Liquid Smoke
1¾ Tbsp Coarse Sea Salt
Sweet Carolina BBQ Sauce:
¾ cup Shirley J Bbq Sauce Mix
3 Tbsp Molasses
1 tsp Vanilla
2 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
2 cups Water

Directions:Rub liquid smoke and one tablespoon of salt into skin or fat of pork. Wrap well in foil and seal completely. Place in roasting pan. Bake at 300 degrees for approximately five hours, or until fork tender. Remove from oven and cool. Shred (pull) and sprinkle shredded pork with remaining sea salt. Combine ingredients for Sweet Carolina BBQ sauce and simmer. Top pork with BBQ sauce.
