INGREDIENTS:
1 Lobster Tail
Salt and pepper, to taste
PROCESS
Pull tail and thaw
Using poultry shears, split the top of the shell exactly down the middle and pull the shell away
from the meat. Carefully loosen the meat and arrange on top of the shell making sure the
meat is attached at the base.
Measure out seasoning accurately and sprinkle over meat spreading evenly.
Cook at 350 for approx 12 min or until white throughout.
