RECIPE: PORK SPARE RIBS & ½ CHICKEN WITH MEMPHIS RUB
½ cup paprika
¼ cup garlic powder
¼ cup chili powder
3 Tbsp. Salt, 3 Tbsp. black pepper
2 Tbsp. onion powder
2 Tbsp. celery seed
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. oregano
1 Tbsp. thyme
3 tsp. cumin
2 tsp. dry mustard
2 tsp. ground coriander
2 tsp. ground allspice
Yield: makes 2 cups
