OOPS! Didn't really make it clear: They **USED** ginger and sesame oil in the video, but it was not included in the recipe they ran across the bottom of the screen OR in the recipe printed in the website.

Don't know if it was deliberate or not, but just out of idle curiosity, I watched the video AFTER I had saved the recipe, and discovered the RECIPE OMITS what are two key ingredients in Asian cooking: GINGER and TOASTED SESAME OIL!!! I would use twice as much garlic and the same amount of ginger, and 1/4 to 1/2 tsp of the sesame oil at first, then taste to see if you'd like more. Sesame oil is very strong and you should not use it in the same quantities you would cooking oil. I also think the recipe would benefit from some crushed red pepper. Add it to your taste ... warm to very hot!!! Add it a little at a time and taste each time.
