Ning and Beam from Thai Siam came and made cashew stir fry.

RECIPE:
Pad Hin Ma Parn - Cashew stir fry

5 oz. Chicken
5-6 Mushrooms
2-3 Green onion
to taste Yellow onion
4-5 pieces Carrot
4-5 pieces Baby corn
1 t. Garlic
to taste Cilantro
to taste Black pepper
2 T. Vegetable oil
1 T. Sugar (to taste)
2 T. Oyster sauce
1 T. Soy sauce
¼ C Cashews
4-6 Dry roasted Thai chili's


Place vegetable oil in wok, start heating. Add garlic, mix and allow to heat. Add chicken, stir fry until cooked. Add soy sauce, sugar and oyster sauce. Mix thoroughly. Add vegetables, baby corn, carrots and mushrooms. Mix again until vegetables are half way cooked. Add green and yellow onion and cashews mix in. Garnish with cilantro, green onion and black pepper. Serve over Jasmine rice.
