Chef Michael Jewell from Wasatch Brew Pub shares a tasty recipe for Orange Agave Nectar and Ancho Chili Ahi Tuna Ceviche.


1 # Ahi Tuna (small dice)
2 tbl. Dark Agave Nectar
2 tsp. Ancho Chili powder
1 tbl. Sea Salt
½ cup Jicama (small dice)
½ cup Orange segments
Zest of one orange
Juice of two oranges
1 bunch of cilantro
Corn tortilla Chips
