Mugging!™ Chocolate-Cherry Cake
Ingredients:
14 oz. Shirley J Mugging!™ Chocolate Brownie Cake Mix
5 Tbs water
1/4 cup chocolate chips, semi-sweet
2 Tbsp dried cherries
Directions:
Pour 1 packet of Mugging! Chocolate Brownie Cake into a 16 oz. (2 c.) microwave safe mug. Add 5 tablespoons warm water. Mix vigorously with a fork or small whisk for 20-30 seconds. Add chocolate chips and dried cherries to batter, stir.
Microwave on high for 90 seconds*. Test doneness by inserting a toothpick into center. If it comes out clean, cake is done. If not, zap for a few more seconds.
Note: Mug may be hot to the touch, take care when removing from microwave. Allow to cool for 3-5 minutes before eating.
* Microwaves vary in power. Instructions are for an 1100 watt oven. Lower wattage microwaves will require additional cook time.
