RECIPE:
Meatballs
2 Lbs. Ground Beef
½ cup panko flakes
1/3 cup milk
3 eggs
1 Tbsp. Basil
¼ cup Parmesan Cheese
¼ cup Chopped onion
2 Tbsp. chopped Garlic
Oil
Sweet the onions and garlic and then cool it down. Mix all ingredients together and make 1-2 oz meatballs, bake in the oven for 20 -30 minutes.
Serve over Pasta, in a hoagie Roll or by themselves.
