Mango Chicken Yakitori
- chicken breast
- wood skewer
- tempura batter
- fry oil
- teriyaki sauce
- mango
- honey
Use favorite brand of teriyaki sauce, pour in blender, add frozen mango and honey to taste. Should have a sweet salty/fruity flavor to it.
Cut chicken into 1 inch cubes, skewer 3 or 4 pieces on each, dip in tempura batter and fry until golden brown and cooked through
Pour mango teriyaki sauce over chicken skewers, enjoy!
