Lime Beurre Blanc
3 Tbsp lime juice fresh
2 Tbsp yellow onion, finely minced
2 tsp white wine
½ tsp chopped garlic
2 Tbsp whipping cream
1 cup butter, cut into small pieces
½ tsp lime zest
1½ tsp finely sliced green onions
Method
Add the first 4 ingredients into a skillet and sauté until the liquid is almost gone
Add the whipping cream and simmer for 1 minute
Turn the heat to low and slowly add the butter. Constantly swirling to melt
Add the lime zest and sliced green onions
Serve with fish, chicken, vegetables or veal
