Ken's Hot Wings
12 - 15 chicken wings
or 24 - 30 split wing pieces
1 stick butter or margarine
2 (12 oz) bottles Hot Sauce
1 Tbsp. vinegar
½ Tbsp. granulated garlic
Salt and Pepper, to taste

Cut whole wing pieces at joints and discard the wing tips.
Melt the stick of butter in a large pot.
Add the wings to the pot with the garlic and salt and pepper.
Saute the wings in the butter and spices until all wings are evenly coated.
Add the vinegar and Hot Sauce mix well.
Bring to a boil and let simmer for 20 - 25 minutes.
Serve on a platter with ranch and bleu cheese dressing

You can sprinkle crumbled Bleu Cheese on top for that extra zing
