Won ton/egg roll wrappers
4 Chicken breasts, cooked
1 jar Alfredo sauce
1 can Black Olives
1 cup Shredded cheese
2 Tomatoes, diced
1 jar Marinated Artichoke hearts
1 jar Pepperoncini peppers
Oil to fry wontons
Cut wontons into triangles fry in oil. Fry to a light brown. Cook chicken (I like to steam my chicken) and shred
Heat Alfredo on a medium heat until hot
Shred Cheese, dice Tomatoes, slice olives, drain artichokes, drain Pepperoncini peppers.
Layer in dish: Wontons, chicken, olives, artichokes, peppers, tomatoes, cheese, and Alfredo. Repeat with second layer. Etc. until you have a nice big pile of nachos.
