Herbed Chicken- Pure and Simple
From Real Foods Market
1 lb. chicken breast
1 cup carrots, sliced
1 cup broccoli florets
1 (5.2 oz.) Boursin Cheese
6 tsp. butter
Real Salt/pepper to taste
6 sheets of parchment paper
Dice raw chicken and veggies and set aside. Lay out six sheets of parchment paper. Place a little of each ingredient onto each piece of paper making six equal portions. Fold the parchment securely and place on a baking sheet. Bake 30 min. 350 degrees.
