Ripe Avocados (Chris's grandma has an avocado tree in her backyard so when in season we have them on EVERYTHING- my dad actually flew some home to NY they're so good)
Chalula hot sauce
Gringo Bandito hot sauce (singer from The Offspring who the band toured with makes his own AMAZING hot sauce we were lucky to get a few cases of)
Granulated Garlic (when available)
Black pepper- lots of it
Chunky salsa, if we have it
Finely chopped red onions
All of the ingredients (save for the avocados) are interchangeable. We never have everything on the bus so we have to roll with whatever we have, no pun intended. Limes and hot sauce are the most important, and I love onions and garlic. Pairs amazingly well with Scoops tortilla chips or Morning Star black bean burgers with brown rice, pepper jack cheese, and Sriracha hot sauce.
