Campfire Calzones

2 Goodness brown rolls

2 Tbsp. pizza sauce

¼ cup pizza cheese

Favorite pizza toppings

Garlic salt

Italian seasoning blend

Aluminum foil

Thaw the frozen rolls, either in the fridge or microwave.

Tear off 2 strips of foil about 18" long. Spray one with cooking spray. Take one thawed roll and press into a flat circle about 4 inches. Spread pizza sauce around the flattened dough. Add toppings and cheese.

Press the second roll flat net to the first until the same size or slightly larger. Fold the tin foil over so that the new circle is on top of the first. Press the edges together.

Spray the top of the calzone with cooking spray and sprinkle with garlic salt and Italian seasoning.

Wrap the calzone with the foil, flip it over and wrap it in the second sheet .

Let rise in a warm place 30-60 minutes.

Bake in the coals of the fire for 30 minutes, turning every 5 minutes to avoid burning.

You can also bake this in a conventional oven at 400 for 30 minutes.
