Mikado came on Good Things Utah to show how they make one of their most special sushi rolls... Fruit Sushi.
It is not easy, and it is a long process, but it is fun to watch. Every time Mikado makes the Fruit Sushi, they sell out.
They use coconut sweetened rice, marinated tropical fruit and a chocolate fondant.
