3 Tbsp. butter and/or coconut oil
4 slices white onion
Place small pot on med-high fire, make sure pot is hot. Break eggs and scramble in a small bowl. Add a tbsp of butter to pan and as soon as its melted, add scrambled eggs. Use a whisk and whisk cooking eggs for about 2-3 minutes, and add tbsps of butter until eggs almost have a fluffy consistency. Serve eggs at this point and add slice onions on top, lime zest and broken up almonds. A pinch of salt and enjoy.
