Dry Wok Green Beans & Duck Lotus Buns

Dry Wok Green Beans
1 Lbs Green Beans
½ cup Hoision Sauce
3 Tbsp Sesame oil
2 Tbsp Toasted Sesame seed

Pre-Heat Wok till sesame oil starts to smoke,
add green beans, cook till light caramelized and the skin of the green bean looks a little wrinkly.
add Hoisin Sauce and stir till beans are well coated in hoisin. place green beans on plate and garnish with toasted sesame seed sprinkled on top.

Duck Lotus Buns
1 Duck breast trimmed & scored
1 pkg. Lotus leaf Buns
1 cup Hoision
1 Jar Kimchi
1 cup Sunamono
1 Tbsp Toasted sesame seed
Salt & pepper to taste
