Prepared by GTU viewer Natalie Rindlisbacher

Use a bunt cake pan spray with non stick spray.
Put 21 of the rhodes rolls in the pan.
1/2 cup brown sugar sprinkle over frozen rolls
1 small pkg butterscotch cooked pudding dump in dry
1 cube margerin melted pour over the top of everything

Spray clear wrap with non stick spray and cover the pan and leave overnight to rise.

Cook on 350 for 30 mins.
Check at 20 mins.. if getting dark cover pan with tin foil until done cooking.
I cover a cookie sheet with tin foil and cook this on top of it so it doesn't get all over your oven.
Pull it out and tip over on cookie sheet and you are ready to eat!

I also put the pudding over the frozen rolls but I melt the butter in a saucepan then add the brown sugar and cinnamon and make a sauce and then pour the sauce over the rolls and pudding. Then it rises overnight and I bake it as the recipe says in the morning. I think it seems to cook a little better with the butter and brown sugar made into the sauce rather than just being dry ingredients. I haven't tried the foil trick but I'll be watching to see if I need to. Another tip may be to take the top rack out of the oven and cook only on the bottom rack. That's how I do it and I don't seem to have burn issues on the top rolls.

I make this recipe Christmas morning also also but I do it with 3/4 cup brown sugar and 3/4 tsp cinnamon. It seems like the cinnamon adds a little somethin' extra! Happy baking and Merry Christmas!!

Loved making this!! Very easy and was great to see it ready to bake in the morning. I did feel however, that it was missing something, maybe more brown sugar. I think I might add cinnamon next time. But, it was good and I will make this again.
