Chinese 5 Spice Baby Pork Ribs

RECIPE:
CHINESE 5 SPICE BABY BACK PORK RIBS
2 racks baby back ribs
½ C. soy sauce
2 Tbsp. miso base
5 SPICE BBQ SAUCE:
8 Cups ketchup
1 Tbsp. dry mustard
¾ C. apple cider vinegar
1 C. brown sugar
¼ C. Worcestershire sauce
¼ C. liquid smoke
2 Tbsp. chili powder
2 Tbsp. salt
1 Tbsp. ground black pepper
3 Tbsp. Chinese 5 spice
§ Mix all ingredients well (in large bowl)
§ Poach ribs in soy sauce, miso and 5 quarts water (1.5 hours)
§ Baste ribs with 5 spice sauce
§ Grill for 20 minutes or bake in oven 30 minutes ( continue to baste every few minutes)
