Heidi from Rhodes Bake-N-Serve came to show us how to make Chicken Salad Sliders and Fruit Bruschetta.

RECIPE: Chicken Salad Sliders
Rhodes Warm-N-Serv Soft Dinner Rolls
or Whole Wheat Rolls
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
½ cup mayonnaise
1 tsp. Salt, 1 tsp. pepper
3½ cups chopped cooked chicken
1 cup diced celery
1 cup pineapple tidbits, drained
1 tsp. tarragon
½ cup slivered almonds, toasted
lettuce

Bake rolls following directions on package. In a small bowl, combine lemon juice, mayonnaise, salt and pepper. In a larger bowl, combine mayonnaise mixture with chicken, celery, pineapple, tarragon and almonds. Split rolls and fill with chicken salad and lettuce.

Recipe: Fruit Bruschetta
6 Rhodes Warm-N-Serv Crusty Rolls
2 Tbsp. butter, melted
2 Tbsp. Sugar, ½ tsp. cinnamon
fresh diced, strawberries, pineapple & kiwi
½ cup sour cream
2 Tbsp. Honey, 1 tsp. lemon zest
2 tsp. fresh lemon juice

Slice crusty rolls into 1/2-inch thick slices. Place on a baking sheet and brush with melted butter. Combine sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over slices. Bake at 400°F 5-10 minutes or until edges are toasted. Set aside to cool. Place strawberries, pineapple and kiwi in a bowl and toss gently to combine. Place about 1 tablespoon fruit mixture on top of each toasted roll slice. Combine sour cream, honey, lemon zest and lemon juice and mix well. Drizzle over fruit.
