Chicken Marsala
4 (2 oz.) chicken breasts
flour for coating chicken
2 oz Garlic
2 oz onions
½ cup sliced mushrooms
6 oz marsala wine
salt & pepper
whole butter, Oil
Heat up oil in a saute pan add the floured chicken add salt & pepper fry until golden brown turn over add the garlic, onion and mushrooms saute and the add the marsala and cook off the alcohol. Reduce and add whole butter add more salt & pepper to taste. Toss with pasta or over wilted spinach.
