Chicken Kabobs with Cucumber sauce

ECIPE:

Chicken Kabobs w/ a Cucumber Sauce (good things)

6 boneless Chicken Breast

1 bottle Italian dressing

½ Tbsp. smoked paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

Bell peppers

Red Onion

Mushrooms

Combine all ingredients and let marinate at least 2 hours, overnight is best. Cut up bell peppers and red onions the same size as the chicken

Assemble the kabobs onion, chicken, pepper repeat When you get to the end top with a mushroom.

Place them on a greased sheet pan and roast in the oven at 350

˚ for about 20 to 25 minutes until done.

2 cups plain yogurt

1 med English cucumber

½ Tbsp cumin

1 tsp. chili powder

1 tsp. dill weed

¼ cup lemon juice

Salt and pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients in food processer and pulse until smooth serve with Kabobs
